Looking after your stone paving isn’t difficult or time consuming. A broom and soapy water or strong stone detergent is usually all it takes. Just make sure you use products that are acid free, to avoid damaging the stone. Using a power washer on your stone paving is fine, but we recommend you angle it at 30° and spray diagonally, on a medium pressure. Whatever way you choose to clean your paving, always make sure the cleaning products are thoroughly rinsed off.
Keep weeds at bay by scraping off any thick growths and apply a good quality moss or weedkiller. They are better applied in dry conditions.
Most stains are easy to remove with hot soapy water, however any stubborn spillages such as oil shouldn’t stain if it is promptly removed using absorbent paper towels or cloths.
We recommend using cleaning products from the Azpect range. There are a variety of products for all of your garden maintenance.
