What are your opening hours?

Our standard Opening Hours are 07:45 to 16:45, Monday to Friday & Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00.  Please refer to the News section of the Website for information on up and coming Bank Holidays.

Are you open on Bank Holidays?

IBT are open on all Bank Holidays through the year with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

Do you supply Trade and Retail?

Yes. We can supply goods on a Credit Account basis, usually on 30 day terms following a successful application. Please see the Credit Accounts section within this website. 

 We can also accept Cash in person at the branch as well as Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro in the branch or over the phone. We can also take orders directly on this site at www.ibtmerchants.co.uk

How can I get materials from you?

You can collect in person from the branch or we can deliver to home or site. Please refer to the Delivery Information section of the Website for further information.

Can I place an order online?

Yes, you can order online and submit your order  Our team will receive your order during normal working hours or at latest 7:45 the next working day if your order is placed out with these times.

The team will then email and text you confirmation of your order.

Do you deliver free of charge?

In most cases we do but there may be a charge depending on the area and value of the order. Please refer to the Delivery Information section of the website for further information.

How far do you deliver?

For core stock items, we will deliver daily to East & West Central Scotland. We are happy to do further distances if required but we would rather you called us to discuss your requirements. Please refer to the Delivery Information section of the website for further information.

Can I have same day delivery?

On some occasions we can deliver same day but this will be on application only in person or by phone to the branch.

Can I return products?

Yes we accept return. Please refer to the returns section of the Website for further information.

Do you do Machine Timber?

We do not machine timber from our site in Grangemouth but our partner suppliers can offer this service and our expert staff can advise on this on application.

Can you offer advice on sizes, material requirements, coverage etc?

Our expert staff can offer advice on your project and the product contained within however we would always ask that you check the advised dimensions, quantities etc. as any guides given are only estimates.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on the Website?

At IBT, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer solutions for our customers and feel that there is very little out there that we can’t source for you. Please contact the branch by email or phone with your request and we’ll help as best we can.
