CURRENT ESTIMATED LOCAL DELIVERY LEAD TIME - 1 TO 2 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER

Our delivery dates are Monday to Friday 7:45 to 16:45 and occasionally on Saturday mornings. We use our own fleet of vehicles as well as external and third party haulage, depending on the nature of the transaction at the time.

Standard local delivery from IBT on stocked products can fluctuate at times and is shown above however this can change at different times of the year at short notice, depending on demand. Next day delivery is possible but is dependent on the situation within our schedule at the time of ordering and we would advise you to call us before you place your order to check this (01324 474 755).

After you place your order, the team will contact you to advise you what your delivery date will be and we will endeavour to tie that down to an am or pm slot. Delivery times given are an estimate and are unfortunately not guaranteed owing to the variables that can be encountered on a daily basis.

At times, deliveries may incur a charge based on the value of the order and the location of the delivery.  To see the potential delivery charge for your location, please enter your postcode below and the stated charges all include VAT @ 20%.  

N.B. Please note that we are based in Grangemouth, Central Scotland.  Our postcode checker below will advise potential charges, which can be based on a number of variables and not always the distance to you from our branch.
