IBT are open with restrictions on collections and deliveries

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS

The branch is open for trade with Customer Service restrictions in place on collections and deliveries, based on an entirely new range of logistical safety measures revolved around the current advice from Scottish Government on Social Distancing which can be found here.

We are operating a strict Pay and Collect system for uplifts and are doing deliveries. Please do not turn up at the branch unless you have pre-ordered and have been given a collection time. 

Lead times for collections are around 4 days and approximately 3 weeks for deliveries.

You can order online but if you want to contact us in person to discuss your enquiry or arrange a collection or delivery, we would strongly advise that you email us at enquiries@ibtmerchants.co.uk as we will work through these emails and contact you back, usually within 1 working day. Please include as much information as you can on your email as this will save time and allow us to respond to your enquiry quicker. You can still call us on 01324 474755 but the phone is exceptionally busy and with reduced staff numbers, we may struggle to answer your call.
